From Vision to Action

Where Ambition Meets Community Impact

ETSA Gwoup Corp was born from a simple but powerful idea: one person’s desire to make a difference can spark meaningful change for entire communities. Founder Adeline Joseph envisioned a way to support the Haitian community by tackling one of the most pressing local challenges: waste management. This vision became the SQUEEZALL Project, a pioneering initiative that transforms food scraps into compost and compacts waste, providing both environmental and social benefits.

Since our inception, ETSA Gwoup has grown from a concept into a fully formed organization, acquiring domains, hosting events, and raising awareness about sustainable community solutions. Every project we undertake is grounded in our core values of community and ambition, ensuring that each initiative not only addresses immediate needs but also empowers individuals to thrive. With plans to manufacture and deploy SQUEEZALL machines in Haiti and beyond, we are committed to turning ideas into tangible impact for generations to come.

Who We Are

ETSA empowers communities-especially the Haitian community-through education, health, environmental protection, and opportunity.

Founded by Adeline Petit Joseph, ETSA is a community-driven organization rooted in lived experience and the belief that everyone deserves a chance to succeed. Imagine a community where waste is transformed into opportunity, young leaders thrive, and our environment and health are protected. That’s the vision of ETSA-Edikasyon, Transfòmasyon, Sante, Anviwonman: Education, Transformation, Health, and Environment.

We bring expertise in health, environmental solutions, youth leadership, and sustainable development.

As a Haitian migrant. Like many of you, my journey has had challenges. There were moments when believing in tomorrow felt almost impossible, but community and the belief that everyone deserves a chance to succeed kept me moving forward. That belief is at the heart of ETSA.

ETSA empowers communities, especially the Haitian community, through health initiatives, environmental safety, youth leadership development, and harmony with nature.

ETSA exists because survival can become leadership, and belief can become action.

Our Mission

Creating Sustainable Solutions for Communities

Our mission at ETSA Gwoup Corp is to design and implement projects that make a real difference in underserved communities. By combining innovative solutions like the SQUEEZAL Project with hands-on community programs, we address both social and environmental challenges simultaneously. Our focus on high-poverty areas, starting with Haiti, ensures that our efforts reach the people who need them most. Each project is a step toward building resilient communities and a healthier, more sustainable future.
